Key Features: Hanon and New Balance’s 19th collaboration features a a mix of grey, marine, cobalt blue, and navy suede. White leather around the collar and heel tab add material contrast. Lastly, Hanon opts for a cream midsole and gum outsole. The sneaker comes in a special Made in England shoe box with a dust bag, five-piece sticker set, certificate of authenticity, three lace sets, and an archive zine.

Editor’s Notes: Hanon and New Balance’s latest collaboration pulls from several sources of inspiration. Those include the retailer’s close partnership with the New England brand, New Balance’s legendary Flimby shoe factory, and Hanon’s “Chosen Few” New Balance M1500 collaboration. As Hanon puts it, the retailer wanted its 577 to “have the look and feel of a back catalogue shoe.” This stems from Hanon’s history of stocking the 577, 576, and 574 in its early days as a retailer.
