Willow Smith makes her debut as the face of Onitsuka Tiger in a new campaign featuring the fresh-faced musician rocking pieces from the brand’s FW20 collection. For the shoot, Smith worked with Onitsuka Tiger’s creative director to translate her love for the earth while capturing her natural beauty and strength.
“I loved that we were able to align both of our energies and create something that promotes a positive existence in this world,” Smith explained in a press release. “I immediately connected with Onitsuka Tiger’s vision for their new campaign, and I’m excited for the future of the brand.” Going a step further, Onitsuka Tiger is also donating a portion of the proceeds from this campaign to the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund to support their efforts in the #BlackLivesMatter movement.
The world-renowned artist stunts in cozy fleece and knit pieces while putting her spin on the super chunky Dentigre LL. Featuring rugged exaggerated outsoles, the unisex boot can more than hold its own in any terrain.
The Big Logo Trainer 2.0 gets an even bigger update with Onitsuka Tiger Stripes stretching across the entire side panel into the midsole for seriously bold styling. If you’re really trying to stand out, you’ll want to check out the vibrant D-Trainer Boro. Designed in collaboration with NYC-based artist Brian Kenny, he gives the D-Trainer Boro a colorful deconstructed look while mixing and matching a number of textiles.
