Among all the Dunk and retro Jordan hype, the Nike Air Max 95’s 25th anniversary has flown somewhat under the radar. This, although there have been some solid collaborations with the likes of COMME des GARÇONS or clean in-line models, such as the recently-released (and very bloody) “Freddy Krueger” colorway.

Now leaked product images seem to suggest that Nike has given the silhouette a hyper-futuristic makeover. Dubbed the NDSTRKT Air Max 95, the sneaker features armored tank-like panels along the mudguard and on the toe box, which gives it a distinctly Tron aesthetic. The OG layered paneling is still evident on the base of the shoe, as are the lacing system and the neon accents.

No word yet on when this pair will be released, though it’s rumored to drop at some point in December. As always, stay tuned for more information.
