Levi’s ongoing collaboration with New Balance has given us a co-branded, denim-wrapped 327 and 1300 so far. Now, it looks like the legendary jeans brand has been given the all-clear to rework New Balance‘s sneaker of the year, the 992.
The Levi’s x New Balance 992 follows high-profile collaborations on the same silhouette with the likes of Kith, JJJJOUND, and WTAPS to name a few. Levi’s version pays tribute to New Balance’s iconic grey colorway. It features a grey denim base with plush grey suede overlays in varying tones. The red Levi’s tag is attached to the reflective New Balance “N” logo branding.
So far, no concrete release details exist, though the existence of product shots means we could be seeing a release soon, perhaps even before the end of the year.
